Hi all Toppy fans,

The EPG on the TF7700 HD PVR has a code against some of the entries; To make it easier there is literally a "screen shot" with 13 and 9 at the end of some of the programs.

Can anyone enlighten me as to their significance.

Just a guess, but are you setting any buffer before or after your recordings?

Good Keith; Yes the TF7700 HD PVR does have a minute prior and five after the selection; I am curious how this would cause some of the EPG entries to show this code.

I noticed one slab of EPG recently all had "15" at the end of them; This code comes just below the response for "P" and "R" appear if using the "enter" key.

It sounds like it's not related to the padding, then. I just thought it might be showing you how much extra time is on each recording.

Good Keith, at present I suspect it is related to the Parental Control feature; Then again I might be wrong.

I think that you are on the right trail.  9=G, 13=M.  Because the PVR is a European model, and Europeans don't use the numbers 9 or 13 in their rating system, you just see the raw numbers.

Here are the parental classifications codes that I use for INFPlus and WebControl:

en_007=C
en_009=G
en_011=PG
en_012=PG
en_013=M
en_015=MA
en_017=AV
en_018=R

In comparison, here are the German codes for the same TAPs:

de_006=FSK 6
de_012=FSK 12
de_016=FSK 16
de_018=FSK 18

Thanks a lot; That clarifies it, I was going to access the Parental Controls however other commitments have prevailed.

I did pass by it once for a minute or two (the Parental Controls) and I thought there was a rating area in there for those numbers; And just having perused the manual all is revealed in those ratings.
