Having moved to ireland from OZ, I still want to use my toppy, but the tv channels are on a different band to oz, is it possible to retune it.

The short answer is "sort of'.

You should be able to get the SD channels, because they use DVB-T.  The HD channels use DVB-T2.  The 2400 only has DVB-T hardware, it can not receive DVB-T2 broadcasts.

The TAP to modify your transponder table is attached.
  • Install the TAP.
  • Do a factory reset.
  • Run the TAP once.
  • Scan for services.
