Every time that I start up Toppy I get the message 'Can't execute a tap'.  I have gone to the Autostart folder & turned one tap of & rebooted, then deleted another & rebooted.

After I had deleted all taps from Autostart the same message came up.  I then go to the Autostart folder & they have all started again.

How can I fix this?

By the sound of it, you have just stopped the tap(s) and not moved it out of the autostart folder. Any TAP in autostart is executed when the Toppy reboots, so stopping without moving from autostart is only temporary.

As a temporary measure, you can also hold the 'Zero' key on the remote control as the PVR boots to prevent all TAPs from loading.
